You can return the product within 14 days of receipt;

The returned product must be in its original packaging;
The goods must be in good condition and not damaged by the buyer;
The goods must be in good condition and have the original labels. This clause does not apply in the case of a return of faulty goods.

How to make a return ?

Please fill in the return form that will be attached to your order;
Pack the item in its original packaging and send it to Rotušės a. 16, Alytus, 62141 or by Omniva post: A. Juozapavičiaus st. 13, Alytus, 55507;
Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of the parcel.
Important: Postage costs for returns are non-refundable.
